Greenwich 02, Residence

Greenwich is a five-bedroom home located on a quiet, green site in Greenwich, Sydney. The design centres around three landscaped courtyards being the front, central, and rear.  These spaces define the envelope and planning and create seamless connections between inside and outside. Living areas on the ground floor relate directly to the courtyards, while bedrooms are positioned above for privacy. A concrete grid with integrated planter boxes frame views and extend greenery vertically, enhancing privacy and blending the residence with its natural surroundings. Warm, textured materials like render, aluminium, stone, and glass give the building an earthy tone. Inside, flexible spaces and a consistent material palette create a layered, adaptable living experience that responds to both users and environment.
